Mario Brighton with pupils of the 4A

Neither a new pupil, nor a guest speaker at our school… Mario Brighton is just one of the souvenirs brought back from our language week in Great Britain from 6th April to 13th April.

Placed in host families in and around Brighton, the students of class 4A experienced first-hand what life in a British seaside-town is like. Daily English lessons, as well as numerous after-school activities like a guided tour of Brighton, visits to the flamboyant Royal Pavilion and the Brighton Sea Life Centre as well as a nightly ghost tour were part of the deal. And, of course, there was the obligatory day-trip to London - probably one of the highlights for every visitor of Britain.

As for Mario Brighton - it seems he is going to move into the 4A as the new class mascot. This must be a good omen for the busy weeks and months lying ahead of all of us.
